Application:

ZJD series oil purifier are suitable especially for purifying and restoring hydraulic oil, machine oil, gear oil, coolant oil and various other lubrication oil. The most breakdown of machinery which has lubrication oil system results from contaminated lubrication in which has water, gas, impurities etc. ZJD series can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil and improve properties of lubricating oil so as to greatly extend lifetime of machinery which has lubrication system.

It is widely used in hydropower station, metallurgy, spring steel factory, fertilizer factory, power plant, motor factory, petrifaction, railroad and other enterprises. It can purify mechanical oil, refrigerator oil, hydraulic oil, quenching oil, steamer oil, diesel engine oil, wheel oil, insulation oil, and emulsification oil, oil with too much water and waste oil. The polluted lubricating oil is purified and reused by taking off water-solubility, acid, alkali and impurity. It can reach the national stand of keeping working viscidity, flash point, etc.

After the oil treating in the oil purifier, the lubricant oil can be used in high precision and hydraulic device both domestic and foreign due to the lower demulsifying value, less water content and high precision impurities.

1. Effectively remove the iron, flake, dust, impurities, water and organic substance from the inferior oil. Moreover, it can eliminate organic and inorganic acid to recover the performance of lubricant oil.

4. Utilize Tongrui’s own invented technology of H, P, M macromolecule material, which can reduce 1 or 2 color code of oil, and especially fit to high viscosity lubricant oil, freezing machine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil etc.
