Application

ZJB-R Series contains ZJB single stage vacuum transformer oil filtration system and one more regeneration and decolorization system. This machine can deeply and quickly purify and decolor insulating oil of all kinds of electrical equipments, it's produced higher than national standard and can quickly remove water, gases, and all suspended particles matters, such as dust, rust, scales, colloidal carbon, oxidation sludge from contaminated/waste oil, improved dielectric strength, shorten period of oil treatment. It's equipped with one special device for additives(one additive can help remove the color of the transformer/insulation oil), which is easy to operate; the additives put into the device are innocuous. The process of depolarization is a physical process and never destroys oil quality, the oil after treatment up to international standard.

This machine is widely used in all industry such as power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrifaction, machinery, traffic, railways etc. From the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system. ZJB-R series is also specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. It improves the value of voltage valve, and make sure electrical equipment work safely. The power station and mine mainly use the machine to deal with transformer oil mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.

1) Just one single pass the breakdown voltage can improve to 45 KV, after three passes the breakdown voltage will get to 75KV, reduce the degree of aging which is from common oil purifier.

2) High speed two- stage vacuum system can vacuities for transformer's on site installation or overhauling, finish removing gases, water, discolor simultaneously, shorten period of oil treatment.

3) Unique degas, dehydration, depolarization system, adopt stereo-evaporation technology, high efficiently remove water, gases, impurities from transformer oil, improve oil quality and dielectric strength.

4) Fine filtration system, five- layer agglomeration filtration from Japan, and super high fine filtration from USA, in combination with several stages of screens with mesh size reduced stage by stage. The filtration precision gets to international standard; NAS 4 Class .The life of filtration is more than one year.

5) Excellent configure; Main fittings from USA, Germany, France, Italy, etc and electrical system imported with original packing, ensure this machine can run safely with high performance and can continuously run about 720 hours.

6) This machine has interlock protector: A. outlet oil can reflux through overflow valve. B. Oil inlet and heater work simultaneously to avoid failure from incorrect operation.

7) High autoimmunization: adopt PLC full automatic system, operate by touching screen, with dynamic display and can connect computer to operate.

8) Advanced infrared liquid-level automatic control system to accomplish fully automatic control.

9) Special oil pumps design and lower noise.

10) Special additives for depolarization, can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to close to new oil color, equipped with flexible unloading device of short time, good efficiency, small quantity. Discolor under vacuum can save cost of treatment, the waste impurities does not pollute environment (it can used to architecture and pave a road).

Guarantees & Documentation:
TONGRUI Warrant the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of sixteen (16) months from date of shipment or twelve (12) months after the start up of the system. Two(2) copies of operating & maintenance manuals are supplied with each purifier.

Working principe& flow chart:
1) Working principle
When the oil purification starts, firstly contaminated oil enter into heater, secondly flowed into pre-filter under the difference pressure, in which the large impurities are removed. Thirdly oil goes into intermediate filter. Fourthly oil flow into water separator, the water separator adopts a special skill which changes the change the impaction of oil and water to speed up trace water and coagulate big water which is separated from oil and stored in water content. After that, oil passes through the fine filter and fine particles of matters is removed during the process. Finally oil flows into vacuum pump which use stereo-evaporation removing residual trace of water and steam is condensed in the condenser or expelled out by the vacuum system. the oil was transported out by oil pump. The purification process has finished.
