I. Usage and feature
Usage: ZJD-F series is very professional to separate water thoroughly and quickly from diesel fuel, diesel oil, fuel oil, vegetable oil, seed oil and light oil etc.
Feature:
1. ZJD-F series machine adopt special oil&water separator which requires no heating. And the dehydration efficiency is above 25 times higher than other type of purifiers.
2. Ensure that the specification of the oil not degradation and deterioration due to no heating.
3. Water can be discharged online automatically without the presence of operators, so it is easy to operate.
4. Low operation cost, the cost will be 50% lower than vacuum purifier, centrifugal purifier and filter press.
5. Adopt high precision and stainless steel FH rectangle filtration system that import from Japan, the precision of filter can reach up to 3-5 micron.
II. Working principle and Structure
A. Working principle
The waste oil first enter the 1st filter, big impurities will be remove, and then the oil through the oil pump into the fine filter to remove the small impurities, after that, the oil enter aggregation separator (adopt the molecule separating technology) and water separator, separate the dissolved water and free water.
B, Filter system
It adopt the Four filter system,
1. Pre-filter precision is 50um, use the stainless steel materials, can clean many times, with the long use life, mainly remove the coarse dirty; can use for 2-3 year;
2.Agglomeration filter, adopt macromolecule materials, when used oil contain water, the waste oil is emulsifying, the Agglomeration filter can separate water from oil; generally, it can use for 1-2 year;
3. Water Separator, which is used to remove the water, the superiority of the Water Separator is that water can enter but the oil is prevented outside; can use for 1-2 year;
4. Fine filter, remove suspended particles up to 5 microns, which can be cleaned by oil and used for 2-3years.
Kindly attention: the life span of the filters is depend on your oil quality, more dirty of your oil, less life span of the filter.
C, automatic control and protector
Automatic control and protector system include the transducer, motor, protector elements.
i, The protected pressure index is 0.4Mpa when out factory, so when the pressure index reach 0.4Mpa, the machinery stop working and send alarm.
