The machine is a high vacuum machine with dehydration plant and three high-precision filters, which can remove water, impurities, gas thoroughly and quickly from all kinds of waste Lubrication oil, high viscosity oil, diesel oil, hydraulic oil turbine oil and refrigerant oil.
What’s important, this machine utilizes a physiochemical reaction to eliminate the acidic component, absorb the sulfur content and the tiny impurities for changing the color to light yellow or limpid. please check the above picture, the decolorization three filters are filled with Silica Gel, which can change the color well.

This machine adopts multilevelcartridge filter Vacuum Pump for getting rid of the vapor and the gas from the oil quickly. First filtration adopts large capacity filter which can be easy to clean. It can remove the water and gas from the oil quickly; the filter of this equipment using the world's leading “layered filtration" technology can remove the tiny particles of oil with big capacity, high intensity, long useful time.
◆ Strong demulsifying and dehydration capability
ZJD-R adopts world's leading "cavitations’" principle and the technology of coalescence &separation. It work with special designed polymer demulsification device, which could easy to separate the liquid water 、free water and the miring water from oil. It can recovery the badly emulsionized lubricating oil and reach the using requirement of Hydraulic pressure lubrication equipment.

control circuit apparatus all using imported brands and adopt five control system of advanced infrared liquid level automatic control system、overpressure automatic protection system(when the filter is blocked)、condensed water automatic separation system、constant temperature automatic control system and electric automatic protection control system.
