The feasibility of engine oil refine to diesel fuel
1、Description of project:
China`s oil production is approximately 20% of the total amount of the of petroleum products, consumption is more than eight million tons every year, most used for car engine, transmission, gear and turbine diver.The engine oil used by cars or ships, all the oil change and change standard are definitely regulated( must be changed every month). In terms of a middle-small cit, the production of waste engine oil of various cars, agricultural vehicle and other machineries is about 1000Ton, add the amount of waste oil from refining company, chemical factory, Fertilizer Plant and Coking factory, the total amount is prodigious. If we deal these waste engine oil by burning or burying, it is not only bring serious environmental pollution, also caused a huge waste of energy. So on the basis of reusing resources or environmental protection, or view the point of being able to bring enormous economic benefits for the producers, the waste oil for recycling has a very good prospects.
2、Project Feasibility
We can get gasoline oil and diesel oil according to different evaporation temperature. Generally you can get gasoline oil when the temperature is 40-190℃, and you can get diesel oil when temperature is 250-330℃. After the oil is cracked, there are about 20% liquid, which like the gasoline light components, you can adjust the light oil to 90-93# gasoline oil; and there are about 80% liquid like diesel oil, after adjusting you can get -15# diesel oil, these oil can be used for all industries, and even used as power oil
Ref. the engine oil, because it’s one of component behind diesel oil, but the molecular weight of engine oil is bigger, so it’s feasible to crack the engine oil to diesel oil.
3. Production
We adopt new solid superacid catalyst, use the atmospheric distillation combine with the method of catalyst for cracking the waste engine oil. Technical Features:
1) Adopt the new solid superacid catalyst with high production and good quality, the core of the new technology is catalyst cracking. The function of Liquid catalyst is crack the waste oil and remove the bad odor; and the gas catalyst crack the oil further, make macromolecular get maximum reasonable chain, then get more high quality gasoline oil and diesel fuel components. It’s more efficient by using this method refining the waste oil, and the extraction rate is higher, which is about 85%-90%.
2) It is no need to make the second distilling cracking, you can get the product oil directly. And this method decrease the cracking temperature of waste tires pyrolysis cracking (350-500℃) , increase the recycled oil quality and oil recovery rate.
3) Adopt the new stable decolorization additive to change the color better distinctly, and remove the pungent odor thoroughly by special physical and chemical reaction. Finally, the recycled oil is light yellow, clear and limpid, and what’s important, the oil can be storage long term without deterioration.
4) This waste oil refining method make the production process shorten and simplified, also reduce the production cost, and it won’t cause secondary pollution.
