Because the waste oil contain too much contamination, including non-hydrocarbon, alkene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, metal hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltene and colloid etc. which effect the performance of oil, destroy the oil stability, make the oil become to dirty and black,and produce sediment. Our company has researched a new technology about distilling machine, which can distill all kinds of waste oil into clean oil, easy to operation, and the lower operation cost.
I. Working principle
This equipment adopt physicochemical actions to polymerize,passivate, absorb and eliminate impurities and harmful contamination. We research a new chemical alkaline complex catalyst, which can restore and regeneration the waste oil to high quality base oil, save the component of the oil.
II. Advantage:
The Catalyst technology is different with traditional sulphuric acid distilling and Hydrogen Distilling technology.
It’s easy to produce waste residue and bad smelling by traditional sulphuric acid distilling, which will bring potential secondary pollution, moreover, it’s easy to change the color to black and produce the odor due to the recycled oil react with the oxygen. But after we use the alkaline complex catalyst, the recycled oil hasn’t change the color and hasn’t create the bad odor. What’s more important, you can use the resid to be as the fuel to heating the oil, without any pollution. And the machine is easy to operate, only 1-2 workers can control the machine.
IV. Working Principle:
After remove the big dirty and impurities, pump the oil into Catalyst Reactor, add catalyst solution, blend and catalyze the oil with the catalyst under normal pressure, second heat and distill the oil to make the oil change to oil vapor, third cooling the oil vapor to liquid, finally, collect the oil in the tank under different temperature. there are a special degasification plant to remove the redundant gas to guaranty the odor clean. 5. Degasification system: vacuum exhauster, exhaust fan, degasification plant, water pump, radiator
6. Control system: all kinds of gauge( vacuum gauge, pressure gauge etc.) and electricity controller tank

The machine can treat transformer oil, vacuum pump oil, lubricant oil and thermal transmission oil separately, the quality of recycled oil is same as the new oil, but if you mix these oil, after recycling you only can get light oil and heavy oil according to different temperature.
Generally, the recovery rate is more than 85%
